BLACKLISTED: New Song Available For Streaming

Philadelphia hardcore act BLACKLISTED will release its new album, "Heavier Than Heaven, Lonelier Than God", on April 1 via Deathwish. A track from the CD, entitled "I Am Weighing Me Down", is available for streaming at this location.

Recorded and engineered by Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE) at GodCity studios in Salem, Massachusetts, "Heavier Than Heaven, Lonelier Than God" is BLACKLISTED's "most dynamic release to date," according to a press release. "This latest effort carries a psychological darkness merely hinted at in their previous 'Peace On Earth...' release, diving head first into the jaws of their introspective abyss. This bold leap has sharpened their teeth and reaped great creative rewards. Songs like 'Stations' and 'Touch Test' erupt with shocking state of emotional electricity, while the abrasive melancholy of 'Circuit Breaker' and 'Wish' possess the ability to haunt listeners for a lifetime. All these qualities showcase BLACKLISTED's continuing evolution as a band, and also distance them far from the rest of the hardcore pack.
